1. Server statistics (Logfiles)

In the always accruing server statistics (server log files), the data that your browser automatically transmits is stored. These are: Browser type and version, operating system, IP address, requesting domain, date, time and accessed pages/files, transferred data volumes. Information of this kind is anonymized and statistically evaluated by us in order to optimize our offers and the technology behind them. However, it is not possible for us to assign this data to specific persons. We also do not combine this data with other data sources. This data is not passed on to third parties.

Duration of data storage

There are two types of cookies. Both are used on this website:

a) Transient cookies, they are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include, in particular, session cookies. 4. Storage period & deletion of user data

The criterion for the duration of storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After expiry of the period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer required for the fulfillment or initiation of the contract.

The Provider shall process and store personal data of the data subject only for the period of time necessary to achieve the purpose of the storage or insofar as this has been provided for by the European Directives and Regulations or another legislator in laws or regulations to which the Controller is subject. 5. User data analysis (Matomo)

We use Matomo for web analytics, a service provided by InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, NZBN 6106769, ("Matomo") using cookie technology. The information collected using a cookie is:

The protection of your data is important to us, which is why we host your data ourselves and have also configured Matomo so that your IP address is only recorded in abbreviated form. We therefore process your personal usage data anonymously. It is not possible for us to draw conclusions about your person. 6. External content

The delivery of the content partly integrates external content as so-called "iframes". This is used, for example, to embed YouTube videos. Before establishing a connection to an external service, permission is obtained for this and, where possible, a no cookie domain is used to increase the privacy of users (e.g. with YouTube).

We would like to point out that the operators of external content store the data of their users (e.g. personal information, IP address, etc.) in accordance with their data usage guidelines and use it for business purposes. We have no influence on the data collection and its further use by the operators of external websites. Thus, we have no knowledge of the extent to which, where and for how long the data is stored, to what extent the operators comply with existing deletion obligations, what evaluations and links are made with the data and to whom the data is passed on.

7. PayPal

Payment transactions are processed via the payment service provider PayPal (even if you select direct debit or credit card as payment method). During payment processing, personal data is transmitted to PayPal. These include the amount as well as the type of payment (purchase of products or services), name, e-mail address and telephone number, if provided. Other personal data depends on the payment method you select and concerns the billing information you provide (e.g. name, billing address, IBAN or credit card number). This information is necessary for PayPal to process the payment transaction via the payment method you have selected. In addition, PayPal collects your IP address and other information to identify your computer or device on which you use PayPal in order to detect unauthorized transactions and thus protect you.
